Egypt Wins International Squash Championship

Egypt has won Chief of Army Staff International Squash Championship beating Malaysia in Islamabad. Omar Abdel Meguid of Egypt defeated Avan Yuvan of Malaysia by 8-11, 5-11 and 4-11. Army Chief General Raheel Sharif distributed prizes among the players. Championship was organized by army sports directorate in collaboration with Pakistan Squash Federation. Besides Pakistan, world ranking players from Egypt, France, Hong Kong, Jordan, Malaysia and USA also participated in the week-long championship. Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif congratulated the winners and organizers of the tournament. Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman was also present on the occasion.
