U.S. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump delivered yet another call to African-American voters, vowing to restore law and order and increase job opportunities, in an effort to raise his single digit standing with one of America’s largest minority groups. Trump attacked his democratic Rival Hillary Clinton and vowed to protect the jobs of minorities from immigrants. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton leads republican rival Donald Trump by 8 percentage points among likely voters, according to an opinion poll released yesterday. The survey showed 42 percent of Americans supported Clinton ahead of the Nov. 8 general election. That compares with 34 percent support for trump. Another 23 percent of likely voters would not pick either candidate. Clinton won the democratic nomination in part thanks to her large victory margins among minorities in nearly every state, including overwhelming support from African-Americans in the south.
