Apple fan boys and girls eagerly awaiting the second generation of the firm’s smart watch may be pleased by the latest rumours.
Reports from tech analysts indicate the Apple Watch 2 will be faster than its predecessor, with more battery power and even a barometer, all packed into the same dimensions.
The likely release dates are centred on the tail end of this year, with upgraded versions of the first edition of the watch to hit the shelves of as well.
According to Mac Rumours, an analyst ‘well connected’ to the Apple supply chain made the predictions as part of a research note to investors.
Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst with KGI Securities predicts the wrist tech will have GPS, better waterproofing but will likely keep the same screen size and thickness.
