Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has lauded the efforts of Interior Minister for handling the march by protestors and their intended lock down of the federal capital.
Chairing the Federal Cabinet meeting in Islamabad, Prime Minister said the Interior Minister did his duty to protect the state and role of law enforcement institutions in establishing writ of state is commendable.
The twenty-five point agenda of the meeting includes repatriation and management policy for Afghan refugees, discussion on national maritime policy and confirmation of decisions taken by the economic coordination committee in its meeting held on 31st of last month.
The meeting will also consider and approve MOU’s and agreements with different countries for strengthening relations with these countries.
Interior Minister while praising the performance of police and FC, said they stood by state and law despite the lock down onslaught. Cabinet offered Fateha for martyrs of Quetta police training tragedy and those who lost lives in Gadaani ship.
