Islamabad High Court has barred the Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf from locking down Islamabad on 2nd of November.
While hearing the petition regarding Pti’s call to lock down Islamabad, the court directed that schools and colleges in capital city remain opened on 2nd of November. Chief Justice Islamabad High Court, Justice Shoukat Aziz Siddiqui heard the petition.
The court ordered Islamabad administration that there should be no container to close roads in the city on 2nd of November.
The court said no one will be allowed to affect basic rights of citizens in name of protest.
The court directed district Administration that Imran Khan be allowed to hold protest at a specific place. Islamabad high court issued notice to Imran Khan for 31st of October.
