A 17 years old christian girl was gang-raped in Kasur for not converting to Islam, according to a statement issued by a renowned Christian NGO.
The accused had 20 years old brother of the raped victim sitting in the next room during the rape, The British Pakistani Christian Association of Pakistan added.
“They forced him to listen to the cries of his sister. The extremists had weapons. iron rods and daggers. They surrounded the home of the victims and threatened them to convert which they refused.
Arif, 20 and Jameela, 17, were kidnapped and were moved to a hide-out. They raped the girl and made the brother listen to her cries. Next morning Arif get free from the kidnappers but his sister is still missing. The family contacted the Police but they didn’t filed the case.
“We are trying to rescue the family both morally and financially because Jameela will remain a missing person like many others”, Chaudhary Wilson the Chairman of The British Pakistani Christian Association of Pakistan told media.
The rape of the Christian and the Hindu girls is a matter of routine in these areas because the state is not providing any security to the minorities, He added.
