A coach carrying Rangers fans has overturned on the way to a match this afternoon against Partick Thistle.
The coach overturned at 1.15pm this afternoon on the A76 near East Ayrshire and 18 people have been taken to hospital. Three of those are said to be in a serious condition.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: ‘Emergency services are currently dealing with a serious coach crash on the A76 near Crossroads Roundabout in East Ayrshire.
‘Police were made aware of the incident around 1.15pm today. Emergency services attended and 18 people have been taken to hospital. Medical staff have confirmed that three people are in a serious condition.’
According to the Scotman, the coach was carrying fans from the Nith Valley Loyal Rangers supporters club from Sanquhar to Ibrox in Glasgow for the Rangers game against fellow Partick Thistle.
