SAARC Anti-Corruption Delegates Meet President

President Mamnoon Hussain has said anti corruption campaign, irrespective of all pressures is the need of the time as this menace has become an international issue and warranted an international strategy. The President was speaking to delegates Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, India, and other countries who have assembled in Islamabad to attend anti corruption seminar in Islamabad. Mamnoon Hussain said South Asia is a crucial region of the world but its resources are getting wasted due to menace of corruption. The President called upon the SAARC countries to share their experiences in eliminating corruption. He said this will help boost the efforts to bring corrupt elements to justice. The President appreciated the holding of seminar against corruption in Islamabad and added that it is need of the time.
