Pakistan To Face West Indies In 3rd T-20, Today

The third and final twenty-20 match between Pakistan and world champions West Indies will take place in Abu Dhabi today.  Pakistan take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-game series. In the second twenty-20 match in Dubai, Pakistan outclassed world champions the West Indies by 16 runs. West Indies Captain Carlos Brathwaite won the toss and opted to bowl against Pakistan. Batting first, skipper Sarfraz Ahmed hit a rapid 32-ball 46 to lead Pakistan to 160 for 4 in allotted 20 OVERS. Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed remained top scorer with unbeaten 46 runs, while Khalid Latif added 40. Ahmed added 69 runs for the third wicket with Shoaib Malik to lift Pakistan. Ahmed’s knock featured five boundaries while Malik smashed a six and three fours. For West Indies, Samuel Badree, Dwayne bravo and Carlos Brathwaite took one wicket each. In reply, West Indies scored 144 runs for loss of 9 wickets in allotted 20 OVERS. Andre Fletcher made 29 while Sunil Narine top-scored with 30 for the West Indies. For Pakistan Hassan Ali and Sohail Tanvir took three wickets each. Pakistan won the first match also in Dubai, by nine wickets on Friday.
