Hong Kong stocks ended today’s morning session flat Friday as dealers took a rest after this week’s gains fuelled by the Federal Reserve’s decision not to hike interest rates. The Hang Seng index eased 12.43 points to 23,747.37 points by the break. The benchmark Shanghai composite index was marginally lower, dipping 2.69 points to 3,039.62 while the Shenzhen composite index, which tracks stocks on china’s second exchange, slipped 0.15 percent to 2,015.14 points.
